If your product arrives with damage caused during shipping by FedEx, please don’t worry — we are here to help. We will gladly assist you with filing a claim. FedEx allows claims up to $100, although reimbursement is not guaranteed.
To help make things right, we are also happy to send OEM replacement parts to you at no additional cost whenever possible. We truly want to make sure you can enjoy your chair and have a good experience with us.
