- Adjustable PostureFit Sacral/Lumbar support. Two individual pads flex independently and can be adjust to fit the curve of your spine
- Fully Adjustable Arms adjust from a height of 6.8” above the seat to 10.8 inches above the seat, pivot 15 degrees outward and 17.5 degrees inward.

If your product arrives with damage caused during shipping by FedEx, please don’t worry — we are here to help. We will gladly assist you with filing a claim. FedEx allows claims up to $100, although reimbursement is not guaranteed.
For orders over $500, we purchase shipping insurance. Any claims for loss or damage during transit must be filed with the carrier and are subject to their approval, coverage limits, and terms.
To help make things right, we are also happy to send OEM replacement parts to you at no additional cost whenever possible. We truly want to make sure you can enjoy your chair and have a good experience with us.
